We appreciate your business and are committed to delivering your order quickly and securely.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within:

1–2 business days for trading card singles and small items

1–3 business days for sealed products and larger orders
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Rates & Methods
We currently ship within the United States.
Available shipping options include:

USPS First Class Mail (3–7 business days)

USPS Priority Mail (2–4 business days)

UPS or FedEx (when available)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, order value, and destination.
Packaging & Handling
We take shipping protection seriously.

Singles ship in penny sleeves + top loaders or card savers

Higher-value cards may be shipped in One-Touch cases or graded holders
-
All items are shipped inside bubble mailers or boxed with padding
-
Sealed products are shipped in original factory packaging with additional protection
We do not guarantee specific card grades or factory seal conditions beyond what is described in the listing.
Order Tracking
All orders include a tracking number.
Tracking information will be emailed to the address provided at checkout once the order ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for:

Lost packages

Stolen packages

Delivery to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

Your order number

Photos of the shipping box

Photos of the item
We will review the case and work toward a resolution.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the collectible nature of trading cards and sealed products:
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Trading cards (singles or sealed)

Collectibles
-
Mystery items
-
Pre-orders
Exceptions may be made only for items damaged during shipping.
Pre-Orders
If your order contains pre-release or pre-order items:

Your order will ship once all items are available

Release dates are subject to manufacturer changes
If you want in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We cannot reroute packages once shipped.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:
